AIDA 4 IN BONAIRE FREEDIVING SCHOOL
This course takes you to a whole new level of confidence in your Freediving. Not only will you learn the latest techniques for deeper diving but you will also learn more about conditioning your body for Freediving. This course will push you to the limits of your Freediving abilities. The AIDA 4 star is the highest level a recreational freediver can achieve. This course consists of three theory sessions, two pool sessions and four open water dives.
You must have completed the AIDA 1* and AIDA 2* courses to enrol. This course takes place over 4 days (plus half day home study), and introduces some more advanced freediving technique all backed up by a significantly more detailed theoretical knowledge. We will perform the drills and techniques required for this course in open water and the natural pool.
To successfully complete the AIDA 4 star freediver course you will have to perform a 3 minute 30 second breathold, swim 70 m underwater with fins and dive to 32 meters in the open water
- Certification: AIDA **** Freediver. Allows you to dive to a maximum depth of 40m with an independent buddy or professional guide.
- Duration: 4.5 to 5 Days minimum. . (Plus half day home study)
- Day 1: Knowledge development, Pool work.
- Day 2: Knowledge Development, Pool work .
- Day 3: Open Water.
- Day 4: Open Water.
- Day 5: Open Water and **** Exam
Including: AIDA 2 Certification Card, transfer in/out for Open Water sessions, freediving gear, PDF guide and Saba Marine Park Fee
- Requirements: Be 18 years of age or older, medical statement and be able to swim at least 100 meters non-stop and 300 meters with mask, snorkel and fins.
